Registration
Registration is required for all Congress participants and a maximum number of 200 delegates will be accepted according to the “first-come-first-served” rule.
Early-bird registration fees are offered at a discounted rate, and EUGOGO members benefit from reduced registration fees.
Registration confirmation will be sent to all participants via email after receipt of registration payment.
Registration fees include:
- Admission to all sessions
- Conference kit
- EUGOGO Book on Graves’ Orbitopathy
- Badge and certificate of attendance
- Welcome reception
- Coffee breaks and Lunches
- Congress Dinner on November 8th
Accompanying person fees include the admission to Welcome Reception at the Congress Venue on November 7th and the Congress Dinner on November 8th.

Substitutions & Cancellations
Delegates may nominate an alternative person to attend up to 48 hours prior to the start of the event, at no extra charge.
For cancellations charges apply as follows:
- more than 5 weeks prior to the start of event: 30% of the registration fees
- 5 weeks or less prior to the start of event: 100% of the registration fees

Access and dietary Requirements

Abstract Submission
-Abstract submission for oral and poster presentations are welcome
-Deadline for abstract submission has been extended to August 10th
-Abstract should be sent by email to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.
-At least one author per abstract must be registered prior to abstract submission. In all other cases abstracts will be rejected
-Acceptance or rejection will be confirmed by August 30th
-Abstract should be no longer than 300 words, and should include Title, First and Last name of the authors separated by commas, affiliation/s of the authors
-No images or pictures are allowed
-Abstracts should be organized into the following sections: Background, Methods, Results, Conclusions.
Meeting Grants
-Abstract Travel Grants
Ten Abstract Travel Grants of up to 500 Euros will be offered to the first authors of the best 10 abstracts in order to contribute the costs of attendance.
Eligibility criteria:
- Applicants must be registered to the Congress
- Only delegates who are not sponsored by industry are eligible
- Grants will be awarded upon presentation of original travel and/or lodging expenses receipts

Badges
Congress identification badges are mandatory and will be required for admission to all congress venues and activities (including social events).
